Coupon: This is where staff enters a patient's coupon at Check In to validate coupon and help you track which coupons are driving sales.

     




Patient Invite: The staff asks the patient for their email address to invite them in your network and to post a rating. Having all your patients in your network is critical to managing and tracking the referral system and to communicate special offers, office changes, insurance changes.
