
If you feel that a posted review is inappropriate, select the review, briefly outline
the issue and submit the dispute for review. We will review the patient comments.
If they are found offensive or inapproriate, the patient will be warned and the
comment deleted.
Negative reviews are not necessarily bad. They tell patients that your reviews are
fair and balanced. Patients are not allowed to use fowl language or post unprofessional
remarks. The best way to handle a bad review is to instruct your staff to invite
your patients to rate you. A few bad reviews are lost among all your positive reviews
and they add credibility and balance to your overall rating.
We have eliminated fraud by validating all patients. Patients can rate you only
once per month and only validated patients can rate you.
